A fantastic opportunity for a Managing Director to take on responsibility for a growing Piling business.


Salary: Competitive dependent on experience.

An organisation that we are working with have a Managing Director opening in their business. They are one of the UK leaders in the piling and ground engineering sector. They work on a range of geotechnical works for various construction projects.

This person will be responsible for heading up the business and delivering growth. You will be managing 5 direct reports and around 70-100 people in total. You will have full P&L and budgetary responsibility. You will be a highly strategic thinker and will have a wealth of experience in the piling and ground engineering industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to take on responsibility for a successful business and ultimately take it to the next level by driving growth. You will be a highly skilled motivator with experience working at a senior level in a multi-site and multi-contract construction business. This is an ideal opportunity for an existing Managing Director to take on a new challenge, or a senior manager with strong experience looking to make the step up.

The most suitable candidate will have extensive piling and ground engineering experience and will be working as a Managing Director currently. Other suitable candidates will currently be working in the piling sector as a General Manager, Divisional Director, Commercial Director or Sales Director.
