Due to rapid growth and expansion our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Director, preferably coming from an Audio Visual / Technical / Digital background, who will be reporting directly into the Managing Director.

The individual will be required to manage, retain and oversee a number of key clients and their relationship with the business, whilst building new relationships and client portfolio.

The role will require the Sales Director to travel to the London-based head office once a week, along with other sites across the UK on a weekly basis. Ad-hoc travel to Europe will also be required and expected.

This role would suit a driven, motivated and trustworthy individual who has the ability to drive sales teams in order to meet deadlines and hit targets, whilst also providing a high level of account management and service delivery. They will also be looking to help the business grow and expand, and drive the company forward on this journey.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have some previous Audio Visual (screens) / Digital experience along with some familiarity with different digital display technologies, which would be advantageous for the field in which they will be working. Failing this, it would also be beneficial for the Account Executive to have some Cloud / SaaS experience, and the ability to think on their feet.

Key Responsibilities:

-Meet and liaise with client contacts and maintain a sustainable relationship

-Oversee Sales teams to ensure deadlines are met and targets are hit

-Assist in driving the business forward through sales and business development

- Developing new clients and business relationships and converting into new business

-Work closely with the Managing Director in both reporting and forecasting

-Uncover and understand the client’s strategic and business objectives

-Retain existing client relationships whilst building new ones

-Be a trusted and respected ambassador for the business

-Work with the Managing Director and offer advice with the recruitment of potential additional members of staff
