My client is a multinational industrial manufacturing and production British based company with head offices in Guildford. Part of a global brand, the company employs over 25,000 employees across 6 continents and is a market leader in their field. Due to movement in the team, the permanent job of Campaign Marketing Executive is available for applications.
Your new role
As the Campaign Marketing Executive your role is to develop marketing communication strategies and implement effective marketing plans across the business to support strategic plans. This will include taking a brief of objectives from internal teams, end-to-end campaign planning and delivery across online/offline channels. You will measure and maintain success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements. You will develop effective content to support promotional customer activity, manage campaign budgets, and ensure that marketing communication programs are developed and delivered effectively, on time and on budget.
What you'll need to succeed
You will use your ability to create, implement and monitor online and offline B2B marketing communications campaigns, with your understanding of digital marketing and how to apply it as part of an integrated campaign. You will need to understand the use of analytics to support decision making, and have the ability to identify best fit strategy to meet campaign objectives (e.g. Awareness, Retention, Growth strategies). You will possess the experience and ability to evaluate and select the most suitable media and channels to ensure messaging is effectively delivered to target audiences, and be able to communicate this confidently and effectively both within the business and to agency partners.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £35,000 - £40,000 + company and personal performance-related bonus, and other company benefits including above-average holiday allowance and private healthcare.
