A leading eCommerce specialist is looking to employ an Account Director. The company's support services allow clients to rapidly grow. The corporation have a proven track record for delivering commerce platforms to top brands. They can now boast over seven years' experience, in which time they have launched over 150 sites for an array of brands.
As Account Director you will be tasked with expanding the company's current business with the aim of establishing longstanding renewals. Additionally experience of up/cross selling will be required. You will have strong customer service skills, being the first point of call for clients. Above all else you will need to be obtainable to the client, refining relationships and growing client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A track record of career stability
- Experience of overachieving on quota
- 6 years previous Account Management role
- Ideally have worked with digital SaaS solutions
