EMEA Payroll & Benefits Officer - £45k + Benefits - West End

A global search firm based in the West End of London currently seek an EMEA Payroll & Benefits Officer to work alongside their EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager.

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of payroll processes across all EMEA countries, alongside the employee benefits, welfare and pension provisions. You will be the subject matter expert on payroll and benefits related matters within EMEA and be the main point of contact and liaison between Payroll, HR, ADP, Benefits Providers and Finance.

Core Duties:

Responsible for the day to day processing of all allocated EMEA Payrolls

Collating and uploading of all payroll adjustments

Audit and finalisation of all payroll reporting

Liaising with the Finance Department to make all relevant payments to local tax authorities, within each EMEA country where a centralised payroll is run

Ensuring compliance and regulations are in place

Responsible for all new joiners within EMEA

Responsible for all leavers

Designated point of contact and subject matter expert for all payroll and benefit related queries

Support the processing of the company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Processing of all non-standard payroll adjustments across EMEA

Payroll & Benefits Admin:

Support the development and maintenance of a Payroll Operating Manual for each EMEA country

Maintaing relationships with HR, Finance, Benefits Providers, ADP and Senior Stakeholders

Completion of all payroll administration

Support the annual renewal of all employee benefits

Audit & Reporting:

Ensure that all relevant approval processes have been followed and relevant approvals obtained

Support preparation and submission of all statutory reporting

Support of Senior Management with Payroll reporting

Working with the Company's internal and external Audit Teams

Supporting the Finance Team with month-end and year-end payroll reporting

Skills & Knowledge:

Must be an experienced EMEA Payroll & Benefits specialist

Must be able to use ADP

Must have high levels of attention to detail

Must have strong communication skill internal/external
