Job Title - Regional Business Manager
Industry - Audiology Equipment / Hearing Aids
Location - London / South East
Salary - Uncapped £50,000 + Car + Benefits

The Role
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager this technical sales position will be targeted on winning new accounts and managing over 100 accounts in the highest growth area for the company, the South East. Our client sells a range of audiology equipment such as hearing aids into the private market (audiologists, qualified hearing aid dispensers etc). Because of the tremendous success of the products the client base will be there in place for you with modest 10% growth expected in the first year. The current patch brings in around £1.5m/a in revenue and when you compare this to average order values of around £1,000 it gives you an idea of the scale and success this region is experiencing. There will be an exhibition or trade show to visit once a quarter, and also team meetings with the rest of the UK, but apart from that this role is very autonomous and will be home based.

The Candidate
The ideal Regional Business Manager for the south east will be based in or around the M25. We are open to sales experience for this role: ideally if you have audiology or hearing care that would be great, but the most important thing is experience selling into the private healthcare market. We would consider candidates with a blend of NHS/Private experience, but it would be unlikely if the experience is purely NHS. Technical sales people with a relevant business or science degree would also be looked upon favourably. Lastly as this position will largely be managing relationships the ideal candidate will need to be personable and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, the successful Regional Business Manager will receive an initial base salary of £40,000 with a 20% bonus for hitting target, plus company car and benefits (private pension, laptop, phone).
