Client Services Operations Manager - Investments

£44,500 + Excellent Package including Excellent (20%) Bonus
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong Investment background, gained from within the Retail Investment, Financial Services or Financial Advisory industries (experience of PEP, ISA, Unit Trust, SIPP or OEIC’s) and a proven Management background (experience of managing teams of 8+)
Your responsibilities will include:Managing a team of Client Services Managers responsible for managing the day to day relationships with Financial Advisors (IFA’s), Private Banks, Investment Managers and Intermediaries on the technical administration of investment portfolios. In depth Management of the team, including monitoring performance and acting as a technical resource for your teamThis will include working on a variety of Investment Vehicles, including SIPP, ISA, PEP, Unit Trust and OEIC products. Acting as Senior point of contact for key Retail ClientsDetailed technical Portfolio AdministrationLiaison with technical specialists and departments including Compliance and Back Office teams.
To be successful in this role, you should have had the following experience:At least 2 years in a similar Managerial, Team Leader or Supervisory capacityExperience of managing teams within an Investment/Financial Services environmentThis can be experience in Wrap Platforms, Pensions, Annuities, Investments, Wealth Management or IFA’sKnowledge/understanding of SIPP’s/ISA’s/Unit Trusts/OEICS etc. Excellent communication skills are a must as is a strong educational background – ideally degree level.
