My Client is a successful and well established company, who due to expansion are looking for an account manager to join their busy offices located in M16. Alongside excellent basic salary you have the ability to achieve uncapped commissions £30-£35k+. Working Monday to Thursday 845am-5.30pm and Friday 8.45am-5pm, you will enjoy 22 days holiday plus bank holidays off and dress down Fridays. Offices are located 200m from nearest bus and metrolink, they also have free parking if you drive. Onsite Deli and Gym.

My client offers software based employee management system, ideal candidates would have a keen interest in technology and be computer literate with the ability to learn new software programmes with ease.

The Role & Responsibilities:
'Account managing 150+ accounts dealing with directs and senior decision makers
'Managing renewals of accounts
'Upselling opportunities by promoting additional products and services
'Visit customers as required - a Company vehicle will be supplied for this purpose
'Performing on-line web demos
'Maintain strong customer relationships
'Schedule and action all tasks follow up duties ensuring all CRM systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.
'Achieving targets

Skills Knowledge & Experience Required:
'Professional telephone manner
'Excellent customer service skills
'Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
'Talent for sales and negotiation
'Target Driven
'Excellent rapport building skills,
'Organisational and time management skills.
'Experience in consultative selling.
'Expereince in IT or Software sales
'Ideally a full valid UK Driving Licence.
'Experience in the telematics/tracking/mobile phone market preferred but not essential.
