This globally recognised company are looking to recruit a Contract Support to be based in their Central London office. Your new role
In this role you will work alongside the Contract Manager in providing a seamless service to your client through effective communication. Your primary responsibility will be to organise and process PO's, invoices and quotes along with compiling monthly and weekly reports. You will work with the Helpdesk Operative in maintaining the helpdesk and managing client's expectations through meeting their requirements and needs.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need exceptional organisation and administrative skills. You will have enthusiasm and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. You will have an understanding of Facilities management, and preferably carried out an apprenticeship with a Facilities firm. You will be at an intermediate level within MS Office and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and time management skills and have the ability to be flexible to work outside of core office hours from time to time.
