We’re looking for an innovative Resource Planning Manager who can add value to our Executive Education Programmes by leading a people and space planning team which is focused on the best client results and experience.

Our Executive Education department designs and delivers world class management and leadership development programmes for individuals and customised programmes for global organisations. The department accounts for a significant proportion of the School’s total revenue and is a key part of the future strategic and growth plans. Joining them as Resource Planning Manager, you’ll:

    Lead a team to allocate space and people resources to programmes in an agile wayDevelop our methods for matching the best teams and space for world-class programme resultsOwn the strategic direction and resource planning policy of the Executive Education businessProject future space and people requirements and build business plans to meet our growth targets Act as a business partner to Programme Teams and Line Managers to track resource requirements and support team professional developmentProduce management reports which guide the business to optimum resource utilisationCreate a supportive yet challenging environment for your team

Who We Are Looking For

    Deep knowledge of resource schedulingSignificant experience of operational people managementExperience working with scheduling systems or databases – knowledge of Retain advantageous Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage and deliver complex projectsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAn understanding of business education would be an advantage
