My client is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and driven Sous Chef to support the running of this high volume site based in London. Working within a commercial business, the catering department offers a busy service from 8.30am until 6pm daily as well as catering for functions and events. The Sous Chef will be assisting in the management of the team as well as ensuring a smooth service. The food produced is of a high standard and quality as well as being high volume.

To be considered as a candidate, you will
- be at Sous Chef level with a minimum of 2 years experience
- have worked within a similar high volume, commercial site or hotel
- be able to manage and develop a team
- be able to cover in the Head Chef's absence
- be up to date and passionate about food trends and concepts
- have an eye for detail and presentation
- be very flexible with a positive can do attitude
