Customer Service/Sales Manager

Juice Recruitment are pleased to be working worth with this independent manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint a Customer Service /Sales Manager within their team based in South Bristol.

The majority of the role will focus on maintaining the existing customer base ensuring you have knowledge of all accounts, as well as generating new relationships, providing an excellent level customer care. You will be supervising, guiding and overseeing all areas of the sales office, including reception and external visits, ensuring all staff comply with company procedural requirements.

Key Objectives of the role:

·To create a positive and customer friendly sales office, promoting excellent customer care

·Participate in client visits

·Liaise with production, with a view to accurately updating customers of order process

·Produce monthly reports on turnover, budge etc

·Write and provide job descriptions with measurable objectives for the whole team

·Manager all orders in line with company policies and procedures

·Hold regular one to one meetings with staff member.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong customer service and sales background, be able to work on your own initiative and be quick to take on new instruction.

You’ll have a passionate can do approach to your work with the ability to multi-task under pressure, whilst working to tight deadline.

Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit is a must.
