  • Veblen is looking for a Retail Account Manager to join the team of its prestigious client – an award-winning luxury skincare & spa brand, famed for the use of natural ingredients in its indulgent products.

    Covering territory across the North of the UK, the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for delivering knowledgeable and enthusiastic training in company products to staff based in department stores. Additional responsibilities in your role as Retail Account Manager will include:

  • Interact with consumers in department stores – upselling
  • Act as a true ambassador of the brand
  • Participate in events which are designed to promote bran image and maximise product sales
  • Provide selling tips to department store staff
  • Ensure promotional tools are visible in stores and used according to guidelines
  • Report to the Key Accounts Manager and provide weekly reports on your events
  • Sell products and recruit new consumers

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for beauty
  • Good personal presentation
  • A valid UK driving license
  • Previous retail store and sales experience
