Performance Marketing Manager 
The Body Shop are the UK's best known natural and ethical beauty brand. Blu Digital are partnering with the iconic retail brand as they embark on a new phase of their ecommerce strategy. With ambitious sales and growth plans for the next five years, they are investing in their EMEA ecommerce team and hiring across digital, performance and ecommerce positions. 
Part of this growth is to hire a Performance Marketing Manager, responsible for driving traffic to their UK and international ecommerce sites. 
As Performance Marketing Manager you will develop a cross-channel performance strategy which will acquire new customers through PPC, paid social and Display channels. You will be responsible for managing their leading media agencies to ensure that campaigns are reaching traffic and ROI targets. You will work with the wider marketing team to that other digital channels compliment paid media activity. 
To apply you will have previous experience in a performance marketing role. You will have had hands on experience of working and managing PPC accounts- ideally with an advance tools such as DoubleClick. You will have experience managing and allocating budgets and be comfortable closely managing agencies for paid activity, ensuring they are hitting performance targets. You will be commercial and have proven experience in delivering profit growth and ROI. You will be passionate about search and digital marketing, keeping yourself up to date with the latest innovations and trends in search.
