Known for their strong branding and provocative imagery, they are incredibly invested in their marketing and creative visuals, making this a fantastic team to join.
Your new role
This creative job requires someone with their finger on the pulse of the design world, who can work closely with the creative team, the further business population, and clients directly to execute content and materials that fit the brand's innovative and provocative approach. This will be anything from working on creative design and artworking of client programmes and internal materials for presentation, print or web, to sourcing & negotiating with print suppliers.
As well as a great creative eye, you will need the initiative and judgement required to produce quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This will demand excellent relationship building, as well as great organisational and planning skills, as you balance the needs of numerous simultaneous projects within the parameters of time and budget.
You will report directly to the Head of Marketing working within the creative branch of the marketing team (3 of you in total). This job would suit a junior graphic designer, who is looking for a step out of an agency environment, with the appetite to apply their skills across different media and the vision and character to take on a client-facing role.
What you'll need to succeed
From a technical perspective, you will need proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly proficient in powerpoint and word. You'll need to have a track record of creative excellence and experience of designing across a diverse range of brands, styles and identities. You'll also need knowledge of production and print techniques and experience of managing the end-to-end process of planning, creating and producing graphic design materials in a busy creative environment, balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
A degree level qualification in Graphic Design or similar, would be desirable, but not essential, as would working knowledge of FCPx, Motion5, Compressor, AfterEffects; Flash; HTML Coding; Prezi.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, and benefits including private healthcare. You will work across multiple brands for a company that gives you the creative license to design, not just the brand's marketing materials, but for client-facing materials as part of the business' training and development programmes.
