Business Development Manager, Digital Media, AdTech, London

Business Development Manager required to work for a well established, growing and respected Digital Advertising Technology company based in Central London. The position requires someone with significant digital ad sales experience who is target driven and proactive with a versatile, positive and determined nature. Solid market knowledge and technical understanding is key.

This person must be a confident presenter, strong relationship builder and persuasive negotiator. This person will be a strategic thinker who enjoys creating and delivering large scale innovative, brand campaigns. It is imperative that they consistently deliver high service levels and act as an ambassador of the business in the world of advertisers.

Online advertising sales experience is key, ideally in digital but other backgrounds would be considered, if a proven track record in Client Direct can be demonstrated.

This role reports into the UK Sales Director.

Revenue Generation

•Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets

•Establish and maintain key relationships within allocated clients at all levels.

•Identify relevant opportunities for specific clients.

•Ensure the business is a considered format for relevant briefs and turn around proposals in a timely manner.

•Secure meetings with key client contacts, hitting monthly meeting goals.

•Ensure new business a priority to grow all possible revenue streams.

•Proactive selling required.

Campaign Management & Administration

•Accurately brief design team on mock ups and creative builds.

•Manage expectations of clients on delivery times of creative & campaign delivery.

•Present campaign results back to client contacts.

•Ensure Salesforce is up to date with live and proposed campaign information and client contact details.

•Work closely with internal Sales Team to ensure agency relationships are maintained

•Keep an organised record of business including copies of signed orders and carefully manage expenses.

•A degree of travel will be required around the UK to visit various advertisers.
