Sales Executive (New Business) - London - FinTech - £70,000 + commission & bonus
Our client based in London, who specialises in providing Mobile Marketing Solutions, particularly messaging solutions to it's customers, is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. Due to a change of direction in strategy and a recent £45 million investment our client is now seeking a highly accomplished Sales Executive who is experienced in the entire 360 sales process. As the Sales Executive you will be a strong hunter and will be responsible for seeking out new opportunities with new customers into predominantly the Retail and Banking space.
You will also work with internal teams to ensure there is product alignment and technical feasibility so experience of selling technical solutions is a must. You will be building relationships with clients, deliver sales presentations as well as negotiate and close deals. It’s a really great time to join this company, this is a new area of focus for them and so for the right Sales Executive, the rewards are high. The approach of the Sales Director is very much to work in collaboration with you so although you will have personal targets to achieve you will also have a lot of support and autonomy on how you go about achieving your revenue.
As the Sales Executive your responsibilities will include some of the following:
- New customer attainment through strategic selling skills.
- Hunt new opportunities within existing customers base.
- Surface new ideas and services and product opportunities.
- Engage appropriate resources to build compelling value propositions.
- Develop market analysis to determine customer needs
- Attend industry events to gain insight and represent the firm in the marketplace.
As the Sales Executive you will be handling mostly the UK market and will need to have 4 years + proven experience working in a solutions selling environment, consistently achieving targets. This role would suit a Sales Executive that has experience working with the Message Marketing or Telecommunications industry. Alternatively, experience selling Technical Solutions into the banking or retail arena. If you are a great problem solver, love to foster relationships and have a strong desire to succeed this is the role for you.
