Sous chef & Chef de partie - DAYTIME HOURS
Sous chef (28k) and Chef de partie (21k) required for a production kitchen in north london (park royal underground). Daytime hours, production kitchen for a cafe and bar group.
we are looking for a Sous chef to support the head chef in the running of the production kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in each section. Its very important for good timekeeping as the orders must be on the van on time to go to the sites. You will be involved in planning the work and placing orders, this role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
The chef de partie will run a section in the kitchen, ensuring everything is ready for the set time.
we are looking for a sous chef and chef de partie who are well organised and from a fresh food background.
