Customer Contact Consultant
Countrywide are currently looking to recruit a Customer Contact Consultant to work as part of their Customer Contact Team.
The role involves arranging mortgage reviews for our existing customers along with generating new clients for a mortgage appointment, delivering an exceptional customer journey through product knowledge and telephony sales skills.
You will be contacting both new and existing mortgage customers with the aim to conduct an appointment to discuss their mortgage needs and associated protection with our network of mortgages consultants over the phone or face to face.
You will be motivated and driven to succeed with a desire to achieve sales targets, as well as delivering a high level of customer service.
You will work well in a team environment whilst possessing the drive to maximise personal performance to ensure that activity levels and conversion rates are achieved.
- Take personal responsibility for delivering both new business and mortgage reviews for our new and existing customers with our team of dedicated Mortgage Consultants.
- Ensure all customer interactions and activities adhere to internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Monitor personal performance ensuring activity levels and conversion rates are achieved.
-This is a telephony based position within a contact centre environment.

-OTE £24,000, however commission is uncapped!
-25 days holiday
-This position is a 37.5 hours per week contract - working 10:30am to 7pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5:30pm on Friday.
