Commitments Protection Ltd (CPL) are looking for a National Sales Manager to manage and run an existing team of fee charging agents in the Financial Services (non-advised ) sector. The sales team also cover legal aspects offering our evolving "The Solicitor in the Briefcase" product.

CPL has a small team (less than 10 currently), but want and need expansion and vision from the right person to further develop this tried and proven concept with them. CPL wants to build and potentially sell this business within 3 to 5 years and the National Sales Manager position will qualify for an exit strategy and receive a fantastic package of unlimited earnings along the way. The current directors of CPL have built two businesses previously WITH an exit and this will be the third.

• Ability to identify and manage sales activity trends
• Attention to detail
• Exit earnings on sale or flotation
• Expected annual earnings in excess of £60,000 to £80,000
• Lead from the front
• Must have built and managed ‘field based’ sales teams
• No ‘Financial Services’ or ‘Legal’ experience necessary

• Recruitment experience (recruiting sales teams)
• Starting package £36,000 Basic plus bonus (negotiable)
• Strong Organisational Planning and Reporting skills
• Strong people management skills
• Targeting and Forecasting Experience

• Willingness to travel (Head Office Huntingdon – Regional Office West Midlands)

This opportunity exists because the existing key person is being spread too thinly and this is a role that is too important to not have 100% focus on. The role will not be easy, but it should be simple, the sales agents can earn extremely well and recruiting more sales agents is not a problem. The hard work determination and enthusiasm is where the National Sales Manager comes in. CPL repeat no previous experience in this field is necessary, BUT good people management skills, strong organisation skills and the ability to lead and recruit are extremely important plus of course a willingness to make this business grow day by day.
