Personal Claims Consultant Managers
Major claims management company seeks two managers for one of its key claims divisions. The team handles the larger and more complex claims and puts customer service at the top of its priority list. You will be responsible for coaching and managing the team and creating an environment to ensure that the team achieves all targets. You will be responsible for quality checks, monitoring, and staff motivation. You must essentially have a claims background, where property is ideally suited, but other product areas can be considered dependent upon your ability and attitude. You should be an independent thinker and challenger by nature who is used to "thinking outside the box" to solve problems across a wide variety of areas. But you should essentially have a proven track record in managing people. You must be prepared to work from an office base in Milton Keynes, as this is essential to the company culture moving forward. Basic salary up to £50,000 plus car, bonus, pension and 26 days holiday.
