Facilities Account Manager
The Facilities Account Manager will run all operations, initially focused on hard services with a view to picking up soft services in the first 6-12 months.
The role will be based North London with limited travel into central London.
Ideally suit to an individual who lives close to London but doesn't want the travel into London
Our client is a mid scale service provider with a national coverage across multiple sectors of business.
The organisation self delivers most services while offering further services including managing agent and property services to clients.
The Facilities Account Manager will be to take the lead on all services and relationships.
The contract will mobilise hard services initially and follow up with soft service during the following 12 months.
Essential to the role will be the ability to manage direct operations, plan the strategy on delivery and manage any issues that may occur with the team and services.
This position will have full P&L responsibility for the performance of the contract reporting into the Managing Director for the organisation.
The ideal candidate will come from a service provider background with a strong track record of experience in managing hard services, previously this individual will have held Facilities Account Manager positions.
It is not imperative that the candidate is an engineer, they must be able to show a strong understanding of how to manage hard services and able to resolve problems and issues relating to these services.
Further experience in soft services would be preferred to enable to contract to develop into a TFM client.
The ideal candidate needs to be within commutable distance to north London and at times travel to Milton Keynes.
