WBL Regional Performance Team Leader: The essentials.

* Assessor qualification (A1, D32, TAQA)
* Ability to motivate, inspire and drive forward a dynamic team of Assessors
* Ability to performance manage a team
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
* Sound understanding of E-Portfolio assessment systems
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Flexibility
* Excellent commercial business acumen

WBL Regional Performance Team Leader: Your experience.

* A proven track record of successfully supporting a range of Work Based programmes
* Solid experience in leading a team of assessors and tutors
* Occupational history and competence within the industry
* Minimum 2 years Management/Supervisory/Team Leading experience
* Experience in a similar role
* A proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets
* The ability to motivate and encourage people
* An interest in helping people develop
* Accurate report writing and record keeping skills

WBL Regional Performance Team Leader: The desirables.

* Verifier qualification (V1, D34)
* Teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd)
* A relevant industry qualification

WBL Regional Performance Team Leader: The role.

* This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing training organisation based in Central London and support the Regional Performance Manager for London and the South.
* You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the WBL sector as a Team Leader/Manager/Supervisor.
* You will have solid experience in supporting and motivating a team of assessors delivering Generic, Childcare & STLS apprenticeships.
* With solid experience in managing the performance of a vocational team you will be ready to hit the ground running with regard to developing and guiding your team to achieve excellence in all areas.
* Supporting the RPM to conduct monthly 121's, drive performance, development of delivery staff and troubleshoot where needed.
* You will have excellent attention to detail, passion for the industry, approachability and a real desire to be part of a team that wants to drive the business forward.
* £30k p/a
* 22 days holiday p/a + 8 statutory days + 3 days for Xmas shut down period
