Client Support Engineer
up to £75,000 per annum + Bonus (Dependent on experience)

A large cloud communications provider in London are currently looking to recruit a Client Support Engineer to provide the highest level of support both escalated phone and on-site customer. The organisation have large scale plans for 2017 and beyond and with them currently working within 26 countries and having over 2,200 users it is a promising platform to build on.

They predominately work within the financial services sector whereby traders engage with trading partners so they would be looking for someone with relevant experience in this sector.

What you will be involved in:

* Provide extraordinary service quality and form a productive relationship with each caller, following up all problems to ensure resolution of the client problem.
*Uncover the source of customer issues and link or create solutions to these issues adhering to a defined process.
*Travel to customer sites to assist the customer in service implementation and perform basic training.
*Recommend product, technical and system training for the team.

*3+ years of experience in a mission critical support function.
*Voicetrader experience (Essential)
*Pre-sales experience
*Strong verbal and written communication abilities
*Understanding of trading and financial services business and workflow
