Propositions Manager

£40,000 - £55,000 plus excellent benefits

Were ambitious too, and were growing to meet business need. We are looking to recruit a talented Propositions Manager to join our newly created Propositions Team. Its an exciting challenge, working in a unique business where no two days are the same.

Working closely with the Head of Propositions and alongside a Propositions Manager, youll manage the end to end development of both our product and service proposition. Your focus will be on our service proposition and well be keen to develop your skills across product development too, to develop a purely fluid team. It really will be a fulfilling role, where youll be developing the service proposition by redefining our FuneralCare plans. Youll collaborate closely with other businesses within the Co-op including Co-op Legal Services.

What youll do:
Support and manage the development of propositions aligned to Funeralcare and their growth strategy

Work closely with insight and marketing intelligence to understand our clients requirements

Monitor the delivery to launch new propositions and effectively communicate these with our Funeralcare estate

Keep abreast of competitor and emerging propositions developing in the market

Collaborate closely with other business areas including Co-op Legal Services

To be successful as a Propositions Manager at Co-op Funeralcare, youll need to have significant experience working within a Propositions role previously in a FSA/FCA regulated business. Youll be passionate about the customer, balanced with a commercial mind. Working in Funeralcare isnt for everyone and it is really important that you are open minded to this when you apply for the role. We think its an extremely rewarding role to be in, indirectly supporting our clients at a time when they are at their most vulnerable.
