LSL Property Services plc is a leading provider of residential property services, operating in two principle segments; Estate Agency and related services and Surveying and Valuation services.

The individual will be required to support the Land & New Homes team, to assist in all aspects of digital marketing; website content and analysis, SEO, Social Media and 'e-marketing’, to drive leads forward and increase brand awareness.

The role, which is in a fast moving business, offers a range of projects to work on and has the opportunity to make valuable contributions to the Marketing Team.

KEY OUTPUTS

  • To build and maintain pages across the LSL L&NH website
  • To prepare and upload content to the website
  • To monitor market and competitor activity
  • To assist developing compelling B2B e-marketing campaigns in line with the brand strategy and overall marketing plans
  • Fully understand the differences between the key audiences; B2B and Consumer, then develop messages and communications relevant to each
  • Evaluate email marketing campaigns and develop a record of what does and doesn’t work
  • Assist the team with developing different 'customer journeys’ and understand the key touch-points along the way
  • Manage all database/B2B email marketing activity
  • Adhere to data protection policies
  • Monitor and maintain social media presence

Essential:SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

  • Familiarity with CMS and CRM systems would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with how to structure copy on a page for SEO/accessibility would be beneficial - heading structures, page hierarchy etc
  • Good understanding of email service providers (Mail Chimp)
  • Understanding of email marketing and database management
  • Good communication skills - particularly written
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience and a good understanding of social media, its implementation and purpose
  • A positive approach to continuous improvement and change
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of handling data
  • Design skills would be an advantage but not essential

You will already have some experience working in digital marketing ideally in a consumer focused business and have an understanding of CRM and CMS systems, email marketing and database management.

Salary £20,000 - £24,000 Dependant on experience.
