A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a geography teacher at one of the Capital's leading Independent Girls Schools. The school are looking to take on a geography teacher to cover for a member of staff going on maternity leave from May. This is a part time position of three days a week which will last until the end of this current academic year and will likely carry over into the next. The position would involve delivering lessons to all secondary key stages. The successful candidate would have access to excellent resources and would receive exceptional support from the school. A formal teaching qualification is beneficial but not necessary. Experience teaching in schools and a familiarity with the UK curriculum is a must. The school welcomes all new teachers and provides the same high quality of support to temporary staff as it does its permanent members.
