Security Installation / Service Engineer
As a leading SSAIB accredited provider of security systems to the public sector we are looking for an engineer ideally with 3 years + experience to join our expanding team. We are based in West Sussex with a majority of our work being in London and the home counties.
Our key services are access control, intruder alarms and CCTV. We also install automated gates/barriers and doors.
The successful candidate must be a positive, energetic individual with a can-do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a progressive approach to problem solving. A good understanding of the core services is necessary, manufacturer training on specific products will be provided. You will have a desire to build a career in a dynamic and progressive company with a view to being the lead engineer in a team of 2 that will report directly to the Installation Manager while always having the ambition to go the extra step at each and every possibility in anticipation of an opportunity for promotion.
BTEC level 3 training will be made available to the right candidate.
A full driving license is required.
Working Hours: Standard hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, however this is not a typical 9-5 or 40 hour week role. Overtime fluctuates depending on client requirements and overnight stays across the country could be necessary so flexibility is essential.
Salary dependant on experience £22-25K + OT + 1 in 4 on call £100 standby + car with fuel card + laptop + phone + pension. 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays.
