Leading UK Insurance Organisation would like to recruit a Technical Casualty Auditor. This role will see you perform technical auditing of Casualty cases across the UK, monitor and audit technical quality as well as managing targeted reviews of cases by identified criteria. This is a home based role, with location flexible throughout the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rolling technical audits of cases by client and/ or location
  • Manage reviews and peer reviews conducted by case handlers
  • Ensure all feedback is provided to branches and case handlers
  • Continual monitoring and tracking of performance
  • Produce and issue weekly reports on outputs of audits
  • Attend technical/ quality meetings as required
  • Agree recommendations with relevant case handlers and leaders on improvement activities
  • Preparing reports to highlight issues and problems and distributing the reports to the relevant stakeholders
  • Manage a variety of stakeholders and their expectations through regular communications
  • All employees are expected to carry out any reasonable instruction given by their senior manager, in line with business requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • Technical auditing background, ideally within EL/PL and Property damage
  • Experience of handling EL/PL cases essential
  • IT Literate including good understanding of Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work to deadlines whilst prioritizing work load
  • Cert CILA (or equivalent) or higher preferable
  • Experience of all UK jurisdictions and handling high value and complex claims preferred
