One of our most trusted clients is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small Shirehampton office, covering for the Office Manager who is taking maternity leave. role is a permanent position and our client is looking for a hands on Accounts Assistant who can come in and hit the ground running.
Accounts Administration duties will include:
- Handling invoices/working on the purchase ledger
- Raising invoices for the another side of the business
- Collating timesheets for the company Accountant
- Compiling VAT lists
- Processing monthly payments and wages
