On-Site Support Engineer, 35K, London

Fantastic opportunity as an On-Site support engineer working with key legal clients on behalf of an Managed Services Partner in London.

We are an award winning Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking to hire an On Site Support Engineer to work with some of our newest clients in London city centre.

You will b responsible for the delivery of managed solutions to a state of the are infrastructure within our client base.

Your key responsibilities will be;

- To actively manage a list of calls escalated from the 1st line team.
- Work as part of a larger team to meet targets and maintain SLA's
- With with the 2nd line team leader to ensure, to implement solutions.

Your experience will include but not be limited to;

- Windows 2012 server administration and basic configuration and troubleshooting.
- Active Directory Administration
- Supporting users remotedl via Citrix.
- Basic set up of networks and router/firewall configuration
- Ms Exchange 2010 administration

Your initial role will be two provide client support to two legal firms within Zone 1.
Long term, you will move to command the infrastructure estate of an enterprise firm.
