An Excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a leading retail brand located near Manchester City Centre. The business have a global footprint and strong client base offering fantastic personal development and progression.
As an Accounts Administrator, your Responsibilities will include:
- Process out of pocket expense claims / petty cash claims / Credit Card expense claims
- Check expense calculations
- Carry out regular cash counts (multi currency) and reconcile to petty cash tracker daily
- Audit Expense/credit card claims
- Prepare batches/Journals to input expense claims
- Manage and maintain Credit Card analysis / journal
You will have:
- Experience within an Expenses capacity
- Good knowledge of AP and invoice processing
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivots, lookups)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads and work to deadlines
