This is an exciting opportunity for a senior facilities professional to join the organisation.
Your new role
A newly created role within the organisation, as Head of Facilities Management you will be responsible for two sites in Central London with a combined total of circa 450 employees. You will oversee the management of the bank's premises and facilities ensuring the delivery of an efficient and complaint working environment and facilities management services.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a previous financial services organisation or corporate client. As the Head of Facilities Management you will be tasked with shaping the facilities department overseeing all aspects including: Front of House, business continuity and managing a supply chain of service partners. Critical to this role will be an individual with strong people and stakeholder management skills as you will be liaising with managing partners through to facilities operatives.
What you'll get in return
An attractive remuneration package of circa £75,000 - £85,000 basic plus company benefits including 20% pension contribution, 30 days annual leave, private health cover, subsidised canteen and season ticket loan.
