1st Line Helpdesk Analyst - London - £20-25,000 per annum

My global property client in London are looking for a 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst to join a busy team providing support for users of all levels at their London site.

Candidates must be highly professional with strong communication skills and thrive in a busy environment. If you are enthusiastic and looking to build your experience this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities and experience for the role:

  • Previous Helpdesk experience in a busy environment
  • Use of Active Directory
  • Receiving, logging and tracking calls into the helpdesk
  • Escalation of calls to 2nd and 3rd Line teams where appropriate

Desirable experience:

  • Experience in MS Dynamics or similar CRM applications
  • Installation/moves of hardware
  • Supporting mobile devices
  • Understanding of Exchange
