We have an exciting role for Cash Office Supervisor and this is a fantastic opportunity to join our prestigious and busy client. Your role will be to ensure the effective running of the cash office operation and make sure cash is reconciled for every event. Support the other departments and ensure they have sufficient floats and change. Managing and leading the cash office team. Making sure all process and procedures are adhered to.

Main responsibilities
  • Arrange cash to be carried out during an event
  • Arrange change runs during events
  • Prepare floats and paperwork for future events
  • Carry out safe checks and bankings
  • Complete relevant paperwork accurately
  • Maintain a clean and orderly cash room
  • Ensure other departments receive timely notice of variances and missing paperwork or equipment
  • Complete daily handover document at the end of the shift
  • Ensure all equipment and cards are signed out and returned at the end of the event
