Optimisation Analyst - The Body Shop!
The Body Shop are the UK's best known natural and ethical beauty brand. Blu Digital are partnering with the iconic retail brand as they embark on a new phase of their ecommerce strategy. With ambitious sales and growth plans for the next five years, they are investing in their EMEA ecommerce team and hiring across digital, performance and ecommerce positons.
Part of this growth is to hire an Optimisation Analyst
As Optimisation Analyst you will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey across all EMEA sites, taking account of external best practice and current and future trends. You will be responsible for reporting, identifying areas of the site for CRO testing and monitoring web behaviour. You will report your finding back to the business and make recommendations which will drive on-site conversion.
To apply you will have previous experience in an optimisation role. You will have experience with reporting tools and running AB and MVT testing programs. You will be comfortable working with Google Analytics on a daily basis. Whilst you are analytical and data drive, you must also be comfortable liaising with the wider business and communicating your findings to stakeholders.
