We are looking to recruit a Sales Supervisor to join an expanding Accountancy and Financial business based in Farnham. NO COLD CALLING
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated employee who has a background in sales/telesales or business development. This is an ideal role for somebody with a sales background to progress into a supervisor/managerial role.
The Supervisor should act as a role model, mentor and motivator to all other members of the sales department; conducting morning sales meetings to review targets, discuss sales techniques and inspire the teams to achieve target. The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the sales figures daily, weekly and monthly and ensuring that any performance, training or conduct issues are escalated to the Sales Manager when appropriate.
In addition to supervising the sales teams, this individual will also be required to meet their own personal sales targets. Using warm leads passed over from the Business Development team, the role involves making contact with individuals on the Construction Industry Scheme to make sure they are tax compliant and understand what they can and can't claim back from HMRC in the form of a rebate.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a fast paced sales environment.
In return our client is offering a basic salary of £25,000 + commission
