My client are looking to appoint an experienced Sous Chef for their boutique hotel in Cambridge.
My client are an independent boutique hotel who are continuing to grow their strong reputation.
The role will deputise for the Head Chef and you will be responsible for CDP and Commis chefs.
You will need experience in-
- Fresh food
- Rosette level (desirable)
- Local produce
Duties to include-
- Control menu spec
- support HC in specials
- Stock management
- Health and safety
The ideal candidate will be a Sous Chef looking for a bigger challenge, you will need a willingness to learn and grow your skill set.
You must have working in a high level hotel and be able to explain your food experience in detail.
