Research Director - FMCG & Retail
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be part of a fast growing market research team, within this recognised leader in loyalty marketing, who is at the forefront of using data to drive behavioural change and insight.
Working with high profile FMCG brands, you will be tasked to provide product testing and ad hoc research, including NPD, segmentation and promotional effectiveness research, based on a unique ability to target customers with specific purchasing behaviour. You will be tasked with delivering at all stages of the project cycle, from writing proposals to presenting and providing value add, strategic insight to end clients.
Although largely quantitative in nature, you will have a good appreciation of qualitative methods whilst being comfortable with online methodologies. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering quantitative consumer research for FMCG companies at a high standard, have experience of leading/managing teams and be able to deliver a compelling story. You will have had experience of working on the agency side, as well as being innovative, commercial and excited about new challenges.
