Business Development Manager

Field based - covering North London

The salary is up to £50,000 basic. Realistic OTE of £90k with high achievers earning well in excess of £100k

The role of the Business Development Manager is to identify new business opportunities and to develop existing relationships within the SME arena. You will have the support of a dedicated telemarketing consultant and between you; you will be selling the fantastic services Peninsula have to offer in the B2B market. Duties will include:

  • Contacting leads and conducting meetings with new business opportunities
  • Self-generating and acquiring new business opportunities
  • Maintaining and exceeding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to generate new business
  • Keeping up to date with competitors and changes within the marketplace
  • Ensuring that customers understand all aspect of the procedures

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven sales experience in the B2B sectors
  • a mature to approach to intelligent selling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive and tenacious attitude and an unyielding passion for success
  • Extensive social and business networks
