£18,000 - £20,000

40 hours a week, Monday - Friday only!

Main responsibilities

As the Sous Chef your role will be varied within this small but high end unit. There are 450 employees onsite and you will be working in a team of 5. You will supervise the delivery of employee dining, through to fine dining/event requirements. Menu planning, health and safety and team development will all be part of your day to day responsibilities.
