Location: South West London
Salary: £25,000 basic + OTE UP TO £36,000
Our client has a new and exciting opportunity for a senior service advisor looking to join a fantastic dealership!
As a Service Advisor, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals.
With great product knowledge and a passion for delivering great customer service, a Service Advisor will use excellent communication skills to provide a seamless service to customers and be sure to retain them for the future. Knowledgeable and professional, you’ll work in your team to maximise up sell opportunities whilst delighting our customers.
You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment. To qualify for this position you must have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in an automotive environment.
This position will involve the following:
·Understanding the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service.
·Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and time scales involved and setting expectations accordingly.
·Introduce the customer to the appropriate technician to discuss details of the work that is required, where this will add value to the customer.
·Invoice the customer on completion of work. Review invoice with the customer, providing a detailed explanation.
·Be aware of the manufacturers customer satisfaction programme and endeavour to gain the best results achieving at least the company minimum standard.
·Ensure delivery on your extended warranty and service plan sales.
·Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service and up-sell targets.
The ideal candidate will:
·Have at least 3 years' main dealership experience as a service advisor
·Be able to cope in a high pressured, busy environment
·Be confident in up selling products
