This role is working for a leading global organisation with an excellent reputation within their sector.

As a key member of the Operations IT & Systems team, you will work closely with the IT Operations team under the guidance of the Application Support Manager with responsibility to manage and provide technical support for a wide range of software systems

Required skills:
* IT related Degree
* Helpdesk Experience desirable
* Excellent telephone manner

Working as a part of the national IT & Systems team, under the guidance of our Application support manager, the role will provide dedicated software technical support

Main Responsibilities include:
* Software support to the business
* Proactive daily monitoring of live systems
* Software Administration Management functions
* Analyse existing systems and identify improvements in functionality and efficiency that may be obtained.
* Provision of technical expertise to new projects, for enhancement and roll out of software solutions.
