You'll achieve assigned sales revenue/profit/units objectives and budget as determined by the Business Manager and will retain and recruit Partners to ensure continue sales growth. Your role as Account Manager will encompass working with other Sales Managers, Service, Administration Managers, Technical Specialists and Marketing Managers. This role does have the responsiblity for direct reports.

What We Give:
You'll have the opportunity to develop and and manage multilevel business relationship with Canon's Channel Partners and will generate and grow business. You will manage business objectives and spend targets and be responsible for adhering to the pricing policy to generate the required margin.

Orchestrating business development through your involvement in participation in sales meetings, sales training, conferences and road-shows to achieve a shared vission with the Reseller's sales force and customers.

What We Ask:
With proven consultative sales experience or account management in the production print arena, you'll have strong business acumen and commercial skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You will need a full UK driving license.

You'll have the ability to work under own initiative and the ability to map, analyze and redesign business process to organize time and tasks in the most effective and efficient way is essential.

You'll need to be able to use MS Excel and Powerpoint and be skilled in negotiation, presentation and demo skills.
Self-development is important at Canon and you will be encouraged to take further training to develop your skills to embrace opportunities for career progression.

You Will Need:
Communicating effectively is key and this includes the ability to present to a large audience. Eagerness to drive for results focusing on the customer and using your influence to negotiate applying business acumen and successfully delivering solutions to problems. Taking ownership and accountability and showing positivity to overcome difficult situations is key

Location Area Based ideally Birmingham or Manchester to serve Midlands & North England Business Partners

Salary - £25,578 - £32,977 + £18K - 25K Commission = approx £60K OTE plus Company Car or Car Allowance
