2nd Line Support professional required for an expandi2nd Line Support; Esher; £27k+ plus bensng company based in Esher. A newly created position, you will be working with the Helpdesk Manager as part of the Helpdesk support team.

You will be providing end-user support over the phone, remote support, email and face to face across every level. You will be installing, updating, maintaining and supporting a windows environment and resolving network connectivity issues. You will also be responsible for the telephony, printers, mobiles and tablets across the business.

This is the perfect position for someone with 2-3 years experience looking for an opportunity to grow with a business and make that next step in your career.

You will need -
·Demonstrable experience in a similar role
·Support, installation and maintenance experience in Windows OS 7-10
·Experience in installing and supporting multiple applications - MS Office, Anti-Virus etc
·An understanding of TCP/IP Networking/Ethernet
·Experience with setup, testing and maintaining Android, iPhon and Blackberry
·Ability to explain complex information n simple, clear terms
·Good analytical and problem solving skills
·Accurate record keeping skills
