Your New Role
Your new role will be as a Deputy Account Manager on the shop floor. Your main responsibilities will be to support the Account Manager to effectively manage, motivate and support consultants to exceed targets and KPI's. You will need to arrange tailored events and on counter activity to ensure business plans are delivered, complete any paperwork and administration, maintain and manage stock control systems, be aware of competitor activity, identify opportunities to drive sales, and process event orders with the National Account Manager team. Other key responsibilities will include motivating and guiding the team, ensuring that product knowledge is clear and confident, and be a mentor for all consultants by setting the highest standards and leading by example. You will need to plan and co-ordinate consultant rotas to ensure maximum cover during peak business hours, and you will also need to observe and coach on traffic stopping.
What You'll Need to Succeed
The successful candidate will have excellent product knowledge, be able to set daily goals and review throughout the day, traffic stop with new launches, approach customers with an enthusiastic and positive manner, listen and identify customer needs, and invite every customer to sit down for a skincare or service consultation.
