Hudson is currently engaged with a market leading commercial organisation who are on the lookout for a Customer Insights Manager to join a newly defined division.
Our client a national service provider are seeking to understand more about their customers and how they can continually improve the reputation of their brand and the services they provide. As such they have newly structured a division within the business who have been tasked to provide the insight on how to do this.

The individual coming into this position will be responsible for adding commercial insight into raw data to help drive data based decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Analyses and interprets market and consumer research data to provide key stakeholders with an understanding of overall business and market trends.
* Develops external data and insights whilst reporting to end users on updates at regular intervals
*Responsible for the development and implementation of market research plans and relationships with market research partners.
* Provides relevant scenario development, SWOT assessments and situational analysis
* Working with key stakeholders to effectively define the key strategic issues and ensures that own assessment and recommendations ultimately deliver improved performance.
* Applies commercial and marketing expertise to identify performance indicators and support the strategic business decisions
