OCR is expanding its Sales and Marketing team in Coventry and looking for target driven individuals who have a passion for customer interactions. How about joining us as we embark on our exciting new journey?
Through consultation and a creative telephone sales approach, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and help grow our presence in the market place. As the Customer Development Executive, you will use your excellent communication and influencing skills to build rapport with existing and new customers helping us to achieve our Sales and Marketing campaign targets.
Some of the key things you will be doing:
• Managing Customer and prospect relationships in order to secure commitment as part of integrated Sales and Marketing campaigns.
• Identifying and qualifying opportunities via Inbound and outbound calling activities
• Marketing new and existing products and services.
What we’re looking for
You will have the determination, drive and passion to deliver the best possible service within a busy outbound calling environment.
You must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and a proven track record of achieving targets, desirably in a sales role.
