International Sales Manager - High End Furniture Brand

With strong relationships with the finest craftspeople across Europe and through exciting design collaborations this makes a compelling opportunity for a discerning interior design sales manager.
The successful candidate should thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets and have sales experience in the luxury interiors industry. A track record of achieving sales targets and of building relationships with interior designers and architects is very much a prerequisite.
The role makes a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to travel and who wishes to grow and look after an international client base. The position will be based from the Chelsea offices and travel will be required to cities within the UK and abroad.
The position will involve meeting with interior designers and architects to explore current and future sales opportunities. Through educating the client on the collection and the services the company can offer the aim will be to grow a profitable sales pipeline.
The International Sales Manager will represent the company at all interior design trade events both in the UK and abroad and will also be responsible for putting together showroom events to showcase new collections.
The role will focus on both building on current client relationships as well as nurturing relationships and prospecting for business with new clients.
Other duties will involve working alongside the Managing Director to put together marketing materials, conducting competitor marketing analysis and keeping informed of industry news and trends.
Good IT skills will be required ( Microsoft Office ) and the ability to be able to speak other European languages would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
A competitive basic salary is on offer ranging from £40,000 - £50,000 - this is based on experience plus commission at 5% of sales.
