Our client are a reputable commercial kitchen designer and catering installation specialists. They are currently looking for a home based project manager to join their growing business.
This role would suit a Contract or Project Manager with experience of managing the installation of foodservice and catering schemes. This is a professional, friendly, fast paced and growing business to forge a long term career with.

The Project Manager, reporting to the MD and/or Operations Director, is responsible for ensuring total client satisfaction and maintaining professional communication throughout. In particular they require someone with the ability to advise clients on all aspects of a commercial foodservice setting, this can include front of house, servery bar, seating areas etc. as well as an effective working commercial kitchen.

Duties include but are not limited to:
*Management of multiple projects ranging from one of kit sales, refurbishments and complete projects.
*Follow up on leads generated through both the company's active marketing campaigns and your own network of client contacts.
*Networking and growing connections within the industry, they will be based from home and be a self-starter, actively seeking new business opportunities
*Ensure brand position and standards are continually maintained and customer expectations are exceeded.
*Engage with prospects as necessary to understand their needs, produce quotes and/or drawings and win their business, with the support of the office based CAD/Estimating/Sales Admin team.
*Deliver the client's projects on time, on budget and to the expected quality, maintaining the required margin for the Company through tight control of costs.
*Assist in training and developing junior members of the team in their roles in Sales and Project Management.
The successful candidate will:
*Will come with a proven track record in this type of role with experienced gained within the catering equipment industry.
*You will have built a strong network of industry related personnel and have a loyal client base.
*You will be hardworking, driven to succeed and results orientated, with high energy levels and a bias for getting things done.
*Will be commercially minded with sound common sense, and a full understanding of the sales cycle.
*Have excellent communication skills, be socially engaging, a good networker, with the ability to listen, influence and inspire trust.
*Work in a collaborative style as a team player but with strong leadership and motivational skills.
*Preferably have demonstrated that they have effectively managed a team.
*IT literate and comfortable with creating/working with spreadsheets and learning new systems. CAD experience will be useful but not essential.
*Preferably be located in London or the Home Counties.
*Will be able to demonstrate a track record of success, and show the processes they use to effectively achieve sales results.
